I read the book The Compound Effect after my chiro recommended it. As you can probably gather from the title of the book, the thought is that you make your choices, then your choices make you. Repeated actions create habits and then your habits become you. Right? Most of what you do day-to-day is very habitual. So, what are those habits and are they creating the best you?
