This weekend I had time to crack down and get organized. We’re talking restocking Q-tips, replacing light bulbs, figuring out upcoming birthdays, filing papers, recycling mail, you get the picture. I have been looking forward to this weekend for weeks on end. Decluttering and getting a grip on my life is necessary for sanity and attentiveness.
One of my favorite tools is my $1 find at Target a couple months ago. I rarely use it, but this week I’m all about it.
Here’s what I’m adding to the list:
- Vegan Chili – made for me by Miss Taylor once and now I shall repeat.
- Granola Bars – since I’ve been a crazy juicer lately, I’ve been missing breakfast, so these will be my go-to when my stomach starts eating itself by 10 a.m.
- Kale and Apple Salad – just look at that dressing. I’m all sorts of intrigued.
Considering it’s Halloween week, I’ll probably walk myself over to New World Cafe as their vegan pumpkin bars are killer.
